I can't believe I'm getting ramen from a food truck. Couldn't I get these 10 for $1 at Safeway?

OMG! A breakfast sandwich without bacon! What am I doing?!
New food spots pop-up in the oddest places, this one's in a small outdoor spot at Rainbow Grocery, pizza obscure as it were.
The Mission Bay hood is slowly get new spots to grab a bite, which is nice since it is a short walk from my hood. I'd heard about Cafe Reveille's breakfast sandwich and this seemed like the perfect opportunity, I thought.
Burger, burger and burger again, though this time I'm throwing in some fried chicken and it's gonna be SPICY!
Bacon, I just can't quit it! I'm drawn in every time and thus find myself back here again.....sigh.
How do you eat at a place without actually going there? In San Francisco these days, it has become increasingly easier to pull that off.
Am I the only person who would go to an ice cream shop and get cake instead? Wait, don't answer that.
We are in Chinatown and we need to eat. I'm having flashbacks. Is there PTSD for a bad food journey? I'm about to find out.
I can't believe I'm actually doing this, but I'm forking over $10 for a sandwich and possibly a burrito. This is what happens when I'm blinded by pork belly.
Spinnerie is a new rotisserie chicken place in the Tenderloin I trekked to. But what if I didn't want to go, how would delivery hold up?
Two for the price of one review today with a double shot of breakfast sandwiches from a spot that is quite literally (sort of) across the street from my abode. My lazy arse didn't have to walk far for this but I did have to get up at a reasonable hour. Trade offs.
The SO and I are heading back from Pleasanton (don't ask) when the pangs of hunger hit us. Since we are passing through Oakland at the time, I say lets find someplace here! Thus begins our journey.....
I don't know why I torture myself with these $10 sandwiches, but I do. I figure one day I'll find one totally worth it. This time I ventured all the way over to Pacific Heights to check out b on the go, the off-shoot of b patisserie, which I do like.
It's a new kind of McDonald's, or at least that is what they are trying to present with their McCafe. Seems you can custom order a burger there. So why wouldn't I give them a try?
Breakfast sandwich time again and I'm expanding down 2nd street off Mission. It's the second outpost for Split Bread and now they've got some morning munchies to choose from. But it is not just the sandwich catching my eye this particular morning.
It's back to SOMA's StrEat Food Park since it was only a matter of time before I got back in that grove. It's so nice to have choices and not be stuck at whatever restaurant the tour guide is taking you! Lucky for us this time, there is a new (to us) place and we are all over it.
While there was plenty of junk food in China, there is nothing like the crap you can get in the US! That's why I'm getting back to trying whatever catches my eye or taste buds with the good, bad and indifferent. We all know I write these things as an excuse to do that.
It's a French late lunch early dinner affair for me and the SO as we check out Cafe Claude. When your are sitting in an alley, you never know what you are going to get.
